Ascend® AC
A. Unique apical arm provides Level I support.
B. Inferior obturator arm provides Level II support.

Complete apical support in a single anterior implant.
Ascend® AC provides options for attaining Level I support. The unique apical arm can be placed at the level of the ischial spine, placed through the sacrospinous ligament, or trimmed and attached to the sacrospinous ligament. By delivering apical support in an anterior implant, Ascend AC may eliminate the need to implant a separate posterior mesh in a well supported posterior compartment which may reduce mesh load and complications.
Innovative CentraSoft™ Mesh Ascend® introduces CentraSoft™ Mesh, which seamlessly brings together a lightweight, soft, flexible central portion with strong supportive arms laterally. With CentraSoft,™ no compromises are needed.
