Medical Device Sales Representative 
Caldera Medical is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling implantable grafts into the Gynecology, Urology and Urogynecology surgical markets. Caldera has been marketing implants for stress urinary incontinence since 2003. Caldera markets its Desara system for stress urinary incontinence and Ascend for pelvic floor reconstruction.

The successful candidate will interface daily with Gynecologists, Urologists, and hospital administration. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, and a drive to rise to a new challenge every day.

Qualifications include:
· Bachelor‘s Degree
· Most recent 2+ years Gynecology or Urology healthcare sales experience in the territory in
medical device or pharmaceutical sales
· Consistent performance exceeding territory sales quotas
· Strong presentation skills
· Deep relationships with key thought leaders and busy practitioners
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Vice President of Global Sales Opportunity
Caldera Medical is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling implantable grafts into the Gynecology, Urology and Urogynecology surgical markets. Caldera has been marketing implants for stress urinary incontinence since 2003. Caldera recently launched its Ascend® family of implants for pelvic floor reconstruction. Caldera also markets Desara®, which is a synthetic mesh graft for stress urinary incontinence. In addition, Caldera has a robust pipeline of new products in various stages of development.
 
 
Caldera currently has 25 direct Territory Managers in the United States while aggressively recruiting to grow the sales force to 50+ TM’s in the next 12 months. The company has two Area Managers that work with our sales force. Internationally, we have approximately 10 international distributors. Caldera is seeking a talented sales executive to fill the position of Vice President of Global Sales.  The selected candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer. This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Agoura Hills, CA which is in Northern Los Angeles County.
 
Scope of Position:
This position involves working with the Senior Leadership Team as the business leader of the global sales team. Plans and directs all aspects of the sales organization policies, objectives, and initiatives. Identifies changes in the sales environment or competitive strategies and evaluates, adjusts, or redrafts the organization’s plans and philosophy accordingly. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s strategic and tactical sales efforts, and will participate in the evolution of the Company’s business plan. This person should draw upon deep relationships with sales representatives and surgeons in the industry as well as a solid understanding of marketing, creative ROI metrics, customer retention and data mining.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute on company’s sales strategies and plans with quantitative targets.
  • Hire and develop sales reps and support staff members to meet and exceed goals.
  • Identify new customer acquisition and retention programs.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 recent years of GYN or URO healthcare sales leadership experience as the head of the sales department.
  • Successful track record of consistently meeting sales quotas.
  • Previous success of quickly growing revenue.
  • Start-up experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Four-year college degree required with MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales & marketing trends, pricing, distribution channels and P&L.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to implement team-based involvement while driving organizational goals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Identifies changes in the sales environment or competitive strategies and evaluates, adjusts. The candidate will be responsible for managing the stability and growth within his or her region. This person should draw upon deep relationships with sales representatives and surgeons in the industry as well as a solid understanding of managing, creative selling and customer retention.
