SALES MANAGEMENT
Opportunities are currently available in several regions.
Candidates should have a take-no-prisoners attitude, a background with minimally-invasive medical device companies, and a deep rolodex of contacts among the independent sales force community. In addition, candidates should possess strong relationships with Gynecologists, Urologists, and hospital administrators.
Successful candidates will be responsible for working with Caldera Medical’s sales teams in their regions. Responsibilities include sales force recruitment, sales training, national contract management, key surgeon relationship development, and coordination of physician training events. This position requires considerable overnight travel.
Requirements:
- 5+ years medical device sales experience.
- Experience collaborating with independent sales representatives and distribution groups.
- Experience with annuity-based product lines.
- Consistent performance exceeding territory sales quotas.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Start-up experience is a plus.
- BA or BS degree, life sciences preferred.

PRODUCT MANAGER
Caldera Medical is looking for a fast-track Product Manager to join our growing Los Angeles-based medical device company. Candidates should have a strong and varied marketing background, superlative relationship building skills, and a passion for managing multiple projects at one time. The ideal candidate will have both start-up and large company experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both product management functions as well as traditional outbound marketing programs, so this opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated person who wants to work on a broad range of marketing activities and is comfortable doing so.
Requirements:
- Medical device marketing experience.
- Experience with all aspects of cradle-to-grave product management, including composing product requirements documents and working intensively with R&D teams and surgeons.
- Demonstrated success in creating, executing, and tracking marketing programs.
- Experience launching new products and entering new distribution channels.
- Experience with creative development and execution, including collateral creative brief and storyboard development, copywriting, and managing outside agency relationships (photography, design, printing, etc.).
- Strong computer software skills, including expertise with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Facility with graphics programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat is a plus.
- Four-year degree. MBA is a plus.
